- Make a wish list and must have list for your future home
- Begin your search with your new realtor
- Chose your home and make the offer
- Start loan process with Jen
- Start the closing process by having your realtor or mortgage broker contact Karen Donaldson or contact her yourself if you have questions
- Contact Paul Esterline to get insurance for your new home (recommended policy HE 00 07 & HE 32 21)
- Close and move in
